Palladium is part of the platinum group and shares platinum’s strength and durability, however it is only 50% of the weight. It has a silver-grey-white colour and the colour is very similar to platinum. Palladium is well suited to use with and wedding rings and has been used in the manufacture of jewellery for over a century although it only officially gained it’s noble status in 2009. A hugely fashionable noble metal. a softer, durable metal which requires no plating to enhance its finish. Its is copper that is use in the alloy that gives the metal the rose-reddish colour.
