Caveat
If we design a custom piece for you, by law, you are not legally entitled to a refund.
However, we offer flexibility:
- Receive full credit toward a new design of equal or higher value.
- Remodel to a different design, with charges only for design, labour, and material costs.
- If we do accept the return of the bespoke item for a refund then it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Advertising
Our advertising complies with the Advertising Standards Authority code. Any external advertising material on our site is clearly identified.
Promotions
All promotions adhere to the Sales Promotion Code, available on the Advertising Standards Authority website.

Delivery Caveats
We pride ourselves on making it happen for our customers. However, delivery periods are projections, not guarantees, due to the nature of our work. We are shipping your diamond from across the globe and handcrafting your piece.
In over 98% of cases since 2002, we've delivered on time, but rarely delays occur due to, but not exclusivity to:
- Diamond deliveries and customs delays
- Courier issues
- Postal or airport strikes
- Acts of God or unforeseen delays
- Quality control rejections at any one of 12 stages of manufacture e.g. the aero effect
