We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase: we stand behind everything that we sell and ensure that all items of our manufacture or supply will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. 

All of our jewellery is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. It is good practice to return your ring or jewellery once a year for claw tightening, re-polishing. rhodium plating and cleaning services,it wil be returned looking like new. This annual servicing is several hours work and however it is offfered on a concessional basis to retruning customers at a nominal charge.

Do not wear your diamond jewellery down the gym!.

In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewellery, your jewellery can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewellery.
