The first resizing, that’s +/- 3 sizes, is FREE OF CHARGE one day, one week, one month, one year after purchase, save for £11 to cover the return postage/insurance to you and you pay the postage to us. Rings with stones set all-the-way-around may require extra attention, stones, metal or even in some cases require complete re-engineering and may therefore be excluded from this offer; we’ll consult you if this is the case. Sizing a plain band ring is such a simple process and if executed correctly does not harm or affect the ring in any way. The craftsman who made your ring will carry out the sizing.

NOTE: ROYAL MAIL cover up to £2, 500 items valued at over that will need to be covered by your own insurance or we can organise insurance for you, please call us for further details.
We would like to stress that platinum is a beautiful material but very difficult to work with and the expensive laser equipment required for a perfect finish is NOT part of your average jewellery workshop. We do have that equipment and urge you to allow us to provide this after sales service which usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.
