Radiant cut bezel-set engagement rings, handmade to order by our family workshop in the Cotswolds and set with a diamond you choose yourself. The radiant cut combines the clean outline of an emerald cut with the fiery sparkle of a brilliant. A bezel setting holds the diamond in a smooth rim of metal instead of claws, for a sleek, secure ring.

The radiant cut diamond
The radiant has the cut corners of an emerald cut but brilliant facets inside, so it sparkles more than any other square or rectangular shape. The cut corners make it hard-wearing, and it comes square or elongated. The bezel traces the outline of the radiant diamond in a clean line of metal.
Why a bezel setting?
A bezel wraps a smooth rim of metal right round the diamond instead of holding it with claws. It protects the edge of the stone, sits low on the finger and has nothing to catch on clothes or hair, so it suits an active life and everyday wear.
Choosing your radiant diamond
Our diamond search splits radiants into square and elongated. A ratio of about 1.00 to 1.05 gives a square; 1.20 to 1.35 is a popular rectangle. The brilliant facets hide small inclusions well, so SI1 clarity often looks clean.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Both are brilliant cuts, but a radiant has cut corners, which make it tougher and softer-looking, and it can be square or rectangular. A princess is always square with sharp corners.
The metal rim covers the very edge of the stone, so it can look a touch smaller than in claws. In return the diamond is fully protected, and the clean frame gives a crisp, modern outline.
Yes. Every ring can be set with a natural or lab-grown diamond from our live stock. Both are real diamonds; lab-grown stones cost less for the same size and grade.
