Refunds on bespoke design work
If we have designed the piece especially for you then by law you have no entitlement to a refund.
However comparethediamond.com are happy to provide a some flexibility, let’s work together.
1. The item(s) can be returned and a refund of the purchase price will be give minus a 15% restocking fee.
2. Full credit to be used against a new design from us of the same or higher value.
3. Remodelling to a different design- we would just charge any additional design, labour and material costs
