Our unique process begins with us sending you a specially designed putty pot containing two components. Simply mix the ingredients, press your existing ring into the resulting putty to create a detailed impression, and return the pot to us. Using advanced 3D scanning technology, we capture every intricate detail of the impression to craft a flawless match.

From there, we create two CAD models: one is used to produce a photo-realistic video, allowing you to visualise your custom design and approve it before production begins; the second is the production model, guiding the creation of your ring.

Our skilled artisans then bring your design to life through a meticulous 12-step process in our onsite workshop. Over approximately 4 weeks, we carefully craft your unique piece, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and precision. Throughout this time, you won’t be left wondering—we provide regular updates and insights into each stage of the journey, giving you peace of mind and a behind-the-scenes look at how your ring is being made.
