An orange diamond engagement ring is warm, vivid and unlike anything else on the hand. Orange is one of the rarer diamond colours, and it glows in daylight and candlelight alike. Choose a setting below and we set it with the orange diamond you pick, natural or lab grown, in our family workshop.

What Makes a Diamond Orange?
Natural orange diamonds take their colour from nitrogen arranged in a particular way in the crystal. Pure orange is very rare in nature; most natural stones show a hint of yellow or brown, and the strongest, purest ones are known in the trade as "pumpkin" diamonds.
Lab Grown Orange Diamonds
Lab grown orange diamonds give a clear, even orange, from soft apricot to deep tangerine, at a price that makes the colour a realistic choice. The grading report sets out the colour and whether it was developed after growing. See the stones in our orange lab grown diamond search.
Shades of Orange
Lighter orange diamonds look peachy and soft; stronger ones look bright and fiery. A hint of yellow ("yellowish orange") brightens the stone, and a hint of pink makes it warmer and rosier.
The Best Metal for an Orange Diamond
Rose gold and yellow gold bring out the warmth of an orange diamond. Platinum gives a crisp, modern contrast, and a halo of white diamonds makes the colour stand out even more.
How It Works
Choose a setting below and it opens with the orange diamond already selected, so the 3D view and pictures show the ring as it will look. Pick natural or lab grown, then choose your centre stone from our live stock of certified coloured diamonds, each shown with its own photo and grading report. You can switch metal on the ring page at any time.
Made in Our Own Workshop
Every ring is handmade by our family workshop in the Cotswolds, jewellers since 1969, in 100% recycled platinum or 18ct gold, and hallmarked. Not sure which colour or setting suits? Book a virtual meeting or contact us and we will talk you through the stones we have.
